WEDDING MANAGEMENT

For those wanting to plan their own wedding with communication along the way and hands on support in the final months! Includes emails and scheduled calls throughout with your lead planner. Includes 2 coordinators on the wedding day.

Kicking off the planning process:

  • Get-to-know one another and dive into planning (in-person or virtual)

  • Harmony Weddings month-by-month planning checklist

  • Harmony Weddings preferred vendors list (over 200 vendors!)

Mid Planning:

  • Creation of a layout to scale using design software

  • Accompaniment to one vendor meeting (recommended tabletop rental appointment to support with linen and placesetting selections)

  • Creation of minute-by-minute timeline

1-2 Months Prior to Wedding Day:

  • Final walk-through of the venue(s) and review of timeline and layout

  • Distribution and review of final timeline and layout with vendor team

  • Adjustment of final rental order based on final guest count

Wedding Week Coordination:

  • Decor drop off and final "no-stress" meeting (review of final timeline, layout and decor set up)

  • Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal

    • Communication with immediate family and wedding party of necessary details (arrival time, beauty locations, toast order, etc.)

  • Full day-of coordination (up to 12 hours) of wedding party, guests, and vendors

    • Overseeing wedding party getting ready and photography

    • Decorating the ceremony and reception space with décor provided by the couple

    • Directing vendors upon arrival and overseeing vendor setup

    • Overseeing transitions and timeliness of schedule

    • Cueing the couple and wedding party for timing of each part of the day

    • Communication with vendors throughout the evening

    • Serving as a "personal assistant" to the couple throughout the night

    • Distribution of gratuities

    • Overseeing cleanup and packing belongings

    • Emergency kit on hand

    • Taking care of any surprises :)

    Additional fees would apply for weddings with multiple ceremonies, venues, heavy DIY decor or over 200 guests.

We were not originally planning on completing a budget meeting but we are SO glad that we did! This session helped us see all the costs that we should account for on and before our wedding day.
