I was born and raised in Gaithersburg, Maryland. I originally moved to North Carolina to obtain a degree in Special Education at East Carolina University. During my time at ECU, I fell in love with North Carolina and decided to begin my teaching career here. Almost twenty years later, I’m still loving NC and still happily working with Special Education students right here in the Wake County Public School System.
As a teacher, I have a true knack for scheduling, organizing, and planning. Combined with my love of making others happy, and creating special memories for people. I decided to pursue this passion, and began working with Harmony Weddings, first as an assistant to learn from some of the best and now as a lead planner.
As a Jewish person, I find it very special when I get to work with families to create an event with the Jewish traditions so familiar to me. Working with Harmony Weddings has given me the amazing opportunity to connect and work with couples and families of many different traditions, faiths, and cultures. I gain so much happiness by finding ways to incorporate the uniqueness of these families into their special days! As I get to know, each of my couples and families, I love finding ways to add the distinctive details that make them who they are into their special day! Be it a multicultural wedding, a wedding with more then one ceremony or a ceremony for over 400, I am ready to take on your event!
I most often find myself working around the Triangle, however my goal is to make your event that of your dreams, wherever that may take me! With my teaching background, both my schedule and I are flexible and organized. My goal for your event is to provide all of my couples and families with a peaceful, thoughtful and personalized event planning experience. I look forward to working with you and making this your reality!
